Usage & Limits
Translation Keys
A translation key is a unique identifier in your project (e.g. hero.title). Keys are counted across all namespaces but not across languages — the same key translated into 10 languages counts as 1 key.
AI Usage
AI translation and review operations have monthly quotas based on your plan. Usage resets on your billing anniversary date.
Running out of AI quota? You can purchase one-time AI credit packs from the Billing page without upgrading your plan.
Upgrading & Downgrading
Upgrading
- Go to Project Settings → Billing
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select your new plan and confirm
- Changes take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle
Downgrading
Downgrade at any time. Your plan will continue until the end of the current billing period, then switch to the new plan. If your usage exceeds the new plan's limits:
- Keys — Existing keys are preserved, but you can't add new ones until you're under the limit
- Projects — Existing projects remain accessible, but you can't create new ones
- Features — Premium features (branching, RBAC) become read-only
Payment
Accepted Methods
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Bank transfer (Enterprise plans only)
Billing Cycle
- Monthly — Billed on the same day each month
- Annual — 20% discount, billed once per year
Invoices
Download invoices from Project Settings → Billing → Invoice History. Invoices are generated automatically after each payment.
Tax
Prices are listed excluding tax. Applicable VAT/GST is added based on your billing address. Enterprise customers can provide a tax ID for exemption.
